results required
After a successful audit of
the received Level III test results by ourselves the Warranty Certificate will
be issued to the FSI.
How do I apply for a
Warranty?
Upon completion of the
installation and full Level III test, we require every link result to be sent
to us along with a completed Warranty Application form, stating all relevant information
including the installer's details, the installation completion date and site
name and address. We will review the results within 5 working days and if
satisfactory issue the FSI with the Warranty Certificate for onward delivery to
the customer.
What is covered?
All Cat 5e & Cat 6
Patch Panels and Outlets are covered by our Warranty as well as the permanent
link (Patch Panels or Outlets to the far end Patch Panels including all
backbone cabling). If any of the components or systems fails the required Level
III test then a claim can be made against the warranty.
